The snow has finally stopped falling in Minnesota. At least 11 deaths are being blamed on the stormy weather that has been pounding the upper Midwest. The weather also brought an inflatable roof down at the home of the Minnesota Vikings.

A federal judge has declared the foundation of President Barack Obama's health care law unconstitutional. The judge ruled that the government cannot require Americans to purchase insurance. The case is expected to end up in the Supreme Court.

A hostage standoff at a pre-school in eastern France is over. Police in Besancon say a teen armed with a sword took a class of 20 children and their teacher hostage. They were all released unharmed and the teen is in custody.

And file this one under "You couldn't do this if you tried". Police say somehow a suspected drunk driver wedged his car between these two houses. The driver of the car managed to climb out and was taken into custody.
