“午間危機(jī)”的英語就是“mid-day crisis”,大致是指到了一天中午的時候,看到好多事兒要做然后又沒那么多時間干活,于是整個人就處于精神萎靡狀態(tài),腦子也不太靈活。就算咖啡也不頂事兒于是自暴自棄自怨自艾什么的。

1. Cut down on your tea and coffee. Instead sip on some lime juice mixed with a spoon of honey.?

4.?Take some time out when you are unable to give your best in work. Listen to some music which refreshes your brain.
