感恩節(jié)到了，Emily和家人一起去奶奶家，把Clifford留給鄰居照看。Clifford可不想獨自過節(jié)。他想媽媽了，于是，第二天一大早，他就起程去城里找媽媽了……本文適合小學(xué)五年級及以上學(xué)生閱讀。

感恩節(jié)旅行

On Thanksgiving, we go to visit my grandma. Clifford has to stay at home. Our neighbors take care of him.
感恩節(jié)那天，我們?nèi)タ赐棠?。Clifford不得不呆在家里，我們的鄰居照看他。

Clifford misses his mum. She lives in the city. Early in the morning, Clifford runs to the city.
Clifford 想媽媽了。媽媽住在城里。一大早，Clifford 就向城里跑去。

Clifford comes to a bridge. All cars have stopped. Why? It is a drawbridge. And it is opening right under Clifford! Oh, no! Poor Clifford!
Clifford 來到一座橋上。所有的車都停了，為什么呢？那是座吊橋，剛好在 Clifford 的腳下，吊橋打開了！噢，不！可憐的 Clifford！

Clifford is wet and cold. He doesn't want to go back. He moves on into a railway tunnel.
Clifford 又濕又冷。他不想調(diào)頭回去。他繼續(xù)趕路，走進一個鐵路隧道。

Suddenly Clifford hears a roar and sees a bright light. It's a train. He can't turn around, so he pushes the train back to the station.
突然，Clifford 聽到一聲轟鳴，看到一束強光?；疖噥砹?！他無法轉(zhuǎn)身避開，所以就把火車推回到車站里。

Clifford is in the city. He climbs up a tall building to look around. He can see his mother's house!
Clifford 來到了城里。他爬上一座高樓四處張望。他能看到媽媽的家！

At last, Clifford finds his mum. She is so happy to see her boy. They have a nice Thanksgiving dinner.
最后，Clifford 找到了媽媽。媽媽看到自己的孩子特開心。他們吃了一頓美味的感恩節(jié)大餐。

Clifford loves his mother, but he has to go home soon because I miss Clifford, and he misses me.
Clifford愛媽媽，但是他不得不很快回家，因為我想他，他也想我。
