國務(wù)院辦公廳20日通過中國政府網(wǎng)發(fā)布《國務(wù)院關(guān)于穩(wěn)定消費價格總水平保障群眾基本生活的通知》，要求各地和有關(guān)部門及時采取16項措施，進(jìn)一步做好價格調(diào)控監(jiān)管工作，穩(wěn)定市場價格，切實保障群眾基本生活。

《通知》指出，為切實維護(hù)廣大人民群眾根本利益、保持社會和諧穩(wěn)定，各地區(qū)、各部門要及時采取有力措施，堅持扶持生產(chǎn)、保障供應(yīng)與抑制不合理需求相結(jié)合，實施短期應(yīng)急措施與建立長效機(jī)制相結(jié)合，理順價格關(guān)系與保障群眾基本生活相結(jié)合，維護(hù)企業(yè)正常經(jīng)營活動與打擊價格違法行為相結(jié)合，以經(jīng)濟(jì)和法律手段為主，輔之以必要的行政手段，進(jìn)一步做好價格調(diào)控監(jiān)管和穩(wěn)定市場價格工作。
