As in questions, the verb with ‘so’ in these short answers is the same as the auxiliary verb. If there is no auxiliary we use ‘do’.
在問句中,跟so在一起的動(dòng)詞發(fā)揮著助動(dòng)詞的作用,如果沒有助動(dòng)詞,我們就用do。
?To show negative agreement we use ‘neither’.
當(dāng)你要表示同樣的否定意義,我們用“neither”
? “I haven’t done the homework”. “Neither have I.”
? “I don’t want another drink” “Neither do I.”
? He doesn’t look very happy and neither does she.

As well as think and suppose we can make this kind of sentence with hope, believe and expect.
我們也能用hope,believe和expect造這樣的句子。
Note that we can also say ‘I don’t think so’ but all the other verbs would use not.
請(qǐng)注意,我們會(huì)說‘I don’t think so’ ,但是和其他動(dòng)詞一起用的時(shí)候我們就一定是用not
? “Is John coming?” “I hope not.”
