Stephen Fry is the latest to jump aboard "Sherlock Holmes 2," joining the sleuth sequel as Holmes' brother, Mycroft Holmes.

電視紅人Stephen Fry趕上了末班車，加入到華麗麗的《大偵探福爾摩斯》續(xù)集的演員陣容中，他將在第二部中扮演福爾摩斯的哥哥Mycroft Holmes。

The British actor-comedian, perhaps best known in America for his recurring role on TV's "Bones" and for his BBC miniseries "Stephen Fry in America," revealed the casting news on a BBC radio show.

Stephen Fry是英國著名的喜劇演員，而對于美國和其他各地的觀眾來說，更多人是從美劇《識骨尋蹤》中的心理學(xué)家Gordon Gordon認(rèn)識他的，此外還有BBC出品的短劇《Stephen Fry在美國》。他是在近期一個BBC之聲節(jié)目中透露了參演這部電影續(xù)集的消息。

Two weeks ago Noomi Rapace, the Swedish star of "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo," signed on as the female lead in the movie, which reunites Robert Downey Jr. as Holmes, Jude Law as Dr. Watson amd Guy Ritchie as the director.

而在兩周前瑞典版《龍紋身的女孩》的女主演Noomi Rapace也簽約成為續(xù)集女主角，她將同男主角小羅伯特·唐尼、裘德洛等一起參與這部繼續(xù)由蓋里奇執(zhí)導(dǎo)的電影。

In the books by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Mycroft Holmes is the famous detective's more intelligent older brother. He holds a mysterious position high in the British government, but also happens to be lazier than Sherlock Holmes. Sources say the character in the sequel's script is described as "an agoraphobic oddball."

在柯南·道爾的小說原著中，Mycroft Holmes同樣是一位著名的偵探，甚至比他弟弟夏洛克更為聰明。他在英國政府身居高位，不過卻比較懶散。據(jù)說在電影里頭他會是個“有廣場恐懼癥的怪人”。
