影片講述當Triple X項目的創(chuàng)始人吉本斯被殺害了的時候，美國國安局特工馬珂決定請回自假死后一直被政府跟蹤的桑德·凱奇。

為了給吉本斯報仇，同意回歸，招募了一個新的Triple X團隊，人員包括狙擊手阿黛爾，特技駕駛員火炬泰尼遜、夜店DJ 尼克斯，還有計算機分析師貝基。桑德·凱奇團隊針對的壞特工們包括頭目項、致命殺手賽琳娜、武術專家塔隆，還有武器專家霍克。

當兩個團隊相遇時，突然發(fā)現(xiàn)事情并不是看上去的那樣，有可能兩撥人的目標是一致的。此時此刻，這兩只Triple X隊伍為了阻止未知的敵人，必須攜手合作。
