Since its premiere in 2007, Mad Men has won multiple awards, including nine Emmys and four Golden Globes.

On July 20th, the cast of Mad Men gathered in Los Angeles to celebrate the fourth-season opener of the drama series.

"Mad Men" star Jon Hamm got us excited about the last season of his award-winning drama.

"When we last saw our main players, Don was walking into an apartment alone," Hamm said. "Betty was on the way to Reno with her newborn baby and her, what looked like, her new husband. And the company had just been exploded and reassembled. So, that's some pretty fertile ground to start off a new season with, and we're looking forward to showing everybody what happens next."

The show has attracted millions of viewers around the world, including U.S. President Barack Obama, according to "Mad Men" co-star Robert Morse.

"‘Oh, dear Matthew, Matt, Mr. Weiner, whatever,'"‘How we enjoy ‘Mad Men.' We so appreciate it. We're all done with season three. And we look forward to season four.' I think Matt went right to the office and sent him season four.'"The other stars of the drama also expressed opinions about the Mad Men "frenzy".?

"Every once in a while I'll hear that Paul McCartney likes the show or Sting likes the show or the president likes the show. It's just mind-blowing that you would ever be on someone like that's radar. I guess, to me, it's just so surreal," said actress Christine Hendricks.?

"Well, it's kind of crazy when you meet these people-very famous, very respected people that I admire-and they've spent time watching your show," said actress Elisabeth Moss.?

"It blows your mind. I remember meeting Tom Hanks and his lovely wife and they are fans of the show. And that blew my mind, because I'm a huge fan of his. And I hear Meryl Streep watches the show, which blows my mind. I love her. And, yes, the leader of the free world is watching ‘Mad Men.' You don't do better than that."

"When the president writes you a letter, that's an awfully nice endorsement," says Hamm. And we've been very fortunate. We've just been incredibly fortunate to have the show be recognized in the way that it has, and yet we've been able to be true to the story and the world we want to be faithful to. And, so, we haven't had to compromise a lot, and yet we've been able to impact in the way that we wanted. So, it's been an amazing run."

The fourth season of "Mad Men" debuts July 25 on AMC.
