劇情簡介：8年級即將開學(xué)之際，Alison等五個女生在外面胡鬧了一夜，Alison與Spencer發(fā)生了激烈爭吵。第二天，Alison神秘失蹤，這個小圈子瞬間土崩瓦解。
一年后，她的四位好友Spencer，Hannah，Aria和Emily都突然收到一條署名為「A」的神秘短信。「A」威脅說要揭發(fā)這四位美少女的秘密，包括她們隱藏了很久的、只有Alison才知道的秘密。爾后，警察在Alison以前的后院里找到了Alison的尸體，但是神秘的「A」始終是個謎。
