On June 14th，1951 - UNIVAC.

On June 14, 1951 - Remington Rand introduced Univac, the first commercial large scale business computer. It's first customer - the U.S. Census Bureau. Twenty years later, all the power of the giant UNIVAC was equaled by a single microprocessor composed of tiny silicon chips . In the 1970's, micro-technology revolutionized science and industry. Microchips could construct a sewing machine to make intricate designs or guide a missile to its target. In the 1980's, hi-tech microcomputers found commonplace uses in common places, such as automobiles and almost every area of everyday commerce, communication and business.
