什么是生活?

1.Take time out to calm your mind every day. Breathe in and out, clear your mind of your thoughts and just be.
每天花時(shí)間平靜你的心。深呼吸,清除你心中的想法,順其自然。

2.Follow your passion. You know that thing that gets you so excited but scares you at the same time. The thing you really want to do but have convinced yourself it won’t work. You should go do that!
跟隨你的激情。你知道,讓你激動(dòng)的事,也會(huì)讓你害怕。你真的想做的事情,盡管已經(jīng)說(shuō)服自己無(wú)法完成。但你應(yīng)該去做!

3.Be patient but persistent. Self-love is ever evolving. It’s something that needs to be practiced daily but can take a lifetime to master. So be kind and support yourself through the hard times.
耐心但執(zhí)著。自愛(ài)是不斷發(fā)展的。它需要每天練習(xí),但它可以讓你控制你的一生。所以,寬容和支持自己艱難的時(shí)刻。

4.Be mindful of what you think, feel and want. Live your life in ways that truly reflect this.
留意你的想法,感受和希望。讓你的生活的方式,真正體現(xiàn)這一點(diǎn)。

5.Treat others with love and respect. It makes us feel better about ourselves when we treat others the way we hope to be treated. That doesn’t mean everybody will always repay the favor, but that’s their problem not yours.
用愛(ài)和尊重來(lái)對(duì)待別人。當(dāng)我們以自己希望的方式來(lái)對(duì)待他人時(shí),這讓我們感覺(jué)更好。這并不意味著每個(gè)人都將償還這種青睞,但是這是他們的問(wèn)題而不是你的。

6.Find something to be grateful for every day. It’s inevitable that you are going to have your down days. This is fine and very human of you. It’s especially important on these days to find at least one thing you are grateful for as it helps to shift your mind and energy around what’s going on.
發(fā)現(xiàn)讓你感激每一天的東西。這是不可避免的,你也有落寞的時(shí)候。這對(duì)于你是好的和非常人性化的。找到至少有一件你感激的事是特別重要的,因?yàn)樗兄诎涯愕乃枷牒途Ψ诺秸诎l(fā)生的事情中。

7.Reach out to family, friends, healers, whomever you need to help you through the tough times. You are not expected to go through them alone.
向你的家人,朋友,醫(yī)士,任何人求助,在你需要幫助時(shí)。你是不希望一個(gè)人承受。

8.Learn to say no. Saying no sometimes doesn’t make you a bad person, it makes you a smart person.
學(xué)會(huì)說(shuō)不。偶爾說(shuō)不不會(huì)讓你成為一個(gè)壞的人,它會(huì)使你成為一個(gè)聰明的人。

9.Look at it as a learning experience and believe in your ability to change.
把它視為一個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),和相信你的能力可以改變。
