放假無聊,美食相伴:草莓酸奶餡餅

Things You'll Need:
原料
* 1/2 cup flour
二分之一杯面粉
* 1/2 tsp.(tablespoon) baking soda
二分之一茶匙的蘇打粉
* 1 tsp. baking powder
一茶匙的發(fā)酵粉
* 2 tbsp. sugar
兩茶匙糖
* 1/2 tsp. salt
二分之一茶匙鹽
* 3 eggs
三個(gè)雞蛋
* 1 cup buttermilk
一杯白脫牛奶
* 3 tbsp. melted butter
三茶匙液體黃油
* 6 oz. strawberry yogurt
6盎司草莓酸奶
二分之一茶匙的香草精
Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and salt together in a large mixing bowl, stirring until it's thoroughly blended.
把面粉、蘇打粉、發(fā)酵粉、糖和鹽攪拌到一起,直到都混合成一體。
Beat the eggs, then stir in the buttermilk, melted butter, strawberry yogurt and vanilla extract.
打雞蛋,然后倒入白托牛奶,融化的黃油,草莓酸奶和調(diào)味用的香草精。
Oil the griddle with butter, or spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Heat it over medium heat.
用黃油涂一下鍋底,或者用不粘鍋的噴油。然后加熱,中等溫度就好。
Pour a half cup of strawberry pancake batter onto the hot griddle. Cook eight minutes or until the top is bubbly.
往鍋里倒入半杯草莓餡餅面團(tuán),煎上八分鐘,或者等到面團(tuán)表面起泡。
用抹刀把餡餅翻一面,繼續(xù)煎,等到另一面變成褐色。
趁熱吃,可以用草莓漿或者楓糖漿佐餐。
