3. Taylor Swift became the first woman to win album of the year twice. Swift took the opportunity to encourage young women while possibly taking a jab at Kanye West’s recent song "Famous."

Mars closed their speech with, “This is dedicated to the fans, we wouldn’t be up here if it wasn’t for the people, thank you.”
