【內(nèi)容簡介】

　 北美洲在一場大戰(zhàn)后被摧毀，在美國原來的廢墟上，人們建立了新的家園，但新政權(quán)規(guī)定：管轄下的12個地區(qū)每年都必須進(jìn)貢少年男女，參加一檔電視直播節(jié)目“饑餓游戲”（Hunger Game）。節(jié)目的規(guī)則很簡單——殺人或者被殺。凱妮絲Katniss Everdeen（詹妮弗·勞倫斯 Jennifer Lawrence 飾）的妹妹不幸在12區(qū)“選擇日”時被選中，由于要保護(hù)妹妹，凱妮絲自告奮勇要替妹妹上場 。她不得不與心上人蓋爾Gale Hawthorne（利亞姆·海姆斯沃斯 Liam Hemsworth 飾）分開，跟同時被選為12區(qū)貢品代表的皮塔Peeta Mellark（喬什·哈切森 Josh Hutcherson 飾）進(jìn)入游戲……選段中，Katniss自如地向主持人和觀眾表現(xiàn)了自己，而輪到Peeta，Peeta當(dāng)被問及喜歡的女孩子時，回答令人出乎意料……

Host: Please welcome Peeta Mellark! Peeta, welcome. How are you finding The Capitol? And don't say,"With a map."

Peeta: It's different. It's very different than back home.

Host: Different. In what way? Give us an example.

Peeta: Okay. Well, the showers here are weird.

Host: The showers?

Peeta: Yes.

Host: We have different showers.

Peeta: I have a question for you, Caesar. Do I smell like roses to you? Take a whiff?

Host: All right.

Peeta: You see?

Host: Yes. Do I smell like it?

Peeta: You definitely smell better than I do.

Host: Well, I've lived here longer.

Peeta: That makes sense.

Host: Very funny. So, Peeta, tell me, is there a special girl back home?

Peeta: No. No. Not really.

Host: No? I don't believe it for a second. Look at that face. Handsome man like you. Peeta, tell me.

Peeta: Well, there...There is this one girl that I've had a crush on forever. But I don't think she actually recognized me until the Reaping.

Host: Well, I'll tell you what, Peeta. You go out there and you win this thing, and when you get home, she'll have to go out with you. Right, folks?

(Audiences cheer)

Peeta: Thanks, but I don't think winning's gonna help me at all.

Host: And why not?

Peeta: Because she came here with me.

Host: Well, that's bad luck.

Peeta: Yeah, it is.
