Glee-struck Lindsay Lohan resembles Elizabeth Taylor in an old magazine photo. While Lilo may or may not be the right choice in the upcoming movie Liz and Dick on Lifetime, she looks like the late star's twin sister.

Believe it or not, Lohan has landed a high-profile role in a new movie role. Who would have ever guessed the troubled star would star in a biopic about one of America's most beloved actresses? Can you imagine the betting odds in Las Vegas, had this come up as a proposition bet? Undoubtedly, she would have been a long shot, at best.

Arguably, Angelina Jolie, Jessica Alba, Natalie Portman, Mila Kunis, Drew Barrymore, and a growing list of other celebrities would have been "ideal" choices. However, in the end, Lifetime producers saw something in her that a layperson would find dubious.

However, Lindsay Lohan is an Elizabeth Taylor look-alike in this photo taken by Karl Lagerfeld for Interview Magazine in 2006. She captures the essence of Taylor’s natural beauty.

Long before Liz Taylor died of congestive heart failure last year, Lilo was a fan, and felt honored to pay tribute to her celebrity for the magazine's cover.

On her Liz and Dick role:

"I have always admired and had enormous respect for Elizabeth Taylor. She was not only an incredible actress but an amazing woman as well. I am very honored to have been asked to play this role."

羅韓：我不會讓任何人失望

伊麗莎白·泰勒被譽為影壇上不可多得的瑰寶，縱橫好萊塢60年，有好萊塢傳奇影星、常青樹、世界頭號美人、玉婆之美譽。她是影史上第一個片酬過百萬美元的演員，曾兩獲奧斯卡金像獎。2011年，79歲的泰勒溘然長逝，令世界影迷為之緬懷與惋惜。

早在泰勒的電視傳記片籌備初期，羅韓就已經(jīng)被列為扮演泰勒的候選人之一，另外一大熱門就是曾拍攝過《變形金剛》的性感女星梅根·?？怂?。不過在上個月初期，羅韓曾非常自信地表示：“我已經(jīng)為這部傳記片做了很多很多的研究，對我來說泰勒一直是一位了不起的女性，能扮演她是我的榮幸，我不會讓任何人失望的?！?/p>

現(xiàn)如今，籌拍泰勒傳記片的Lifetime電視臺也已經(jīng)正式確認，羅韓將出演這位流芳百世的傳奇女星。該電視臺的執(zhí)行副總裁羅伯特·沙雷諾表示：“我們很高興能由林賽·羅韓來扮演好萊塢的傳奇伊麗莎白·泰勒。林賽·羅韓是一位非常罕見的演員，她的天賦和美貌非常符合泰勒的內(nèi)在特質(zhì)?！?/p>

質(zhì)疑：“壞女孩”形象打折扣

不過，在獲知這一消息后，也有“玉婆”粉絲表示反對，認為“派對女王”羅韓的個人形象欠佳。羅韓近年一直和大量的法律訴訟、短暫的監(jiān)獄生活和強制戒酒等行為聯(lián)系在一起。因此電影制片人指出，希望羅韓處理好個人的私生活問題，一改之前的“壞女孩”形象，如若不然，羅韓的這個角色，隨時有可能被取締。

羅韓為了更好地出演泰勒，已經(jīng)向法庭申請了終止法律訴訟的申請。興奮異常的羅韓也親口保證：“我一直都非常欽佩和尊重伊麗莎白·泰勒，她不僅是一位令人難以置信的女演員，而且還是個了不起的女人，我很榮幸能夠扮演這個角色！”羅韓還表示，自己將認真研究與泰勒有關(guān)的所有資料，包括她的老電影、傳記以及各種各樣的訪談。

傳記片《利茲和迪克》這個片名分別取自泰勒和前夫——男演員理查德·伯頓的小名，這兩位巨星間兩度姻緣分分合合是好萊塢最著名的婚事。影片將以兩人充滿戲劇化的情史為線索，劇本由《自閉歷程》編劇克里斯托弗·蒙格操刀，但是導(dǎo)演人選尚未確定。該片將于今年6月在洛杉磯開拍。?
