　　規(guī)矩制度會越來越嚴(yán)

　　黨的十八大以來，我國的反腐敗走向深入，廉政建設(shè)自然成為近幾年兩會最為關(guān)注的重要議題之一。

　　從今年地方兩會來看，31個(gè)省市政府工作報(bào)告幾乎都提到要加大廉政建設(shè)力度。北京將以基層和直接服務(wù)群眾部門為重點(diǎn)，開展“不作為、亂作為”專項(xiàng)整治。健全經(jīng)濟(jì)責(zé)任審計(jì)全覆蓋制度機(jī)制，開展領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部自然資源資產(chǎn)離任審計(jì)試點(diǎn)。健全廉政風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控機(jī)制，嚴(yán)肅查處以權(quán)謀私、失職瀆職案件和腐敗問題。

　　廣東將完善監(jiān)察、司法、審計(jì)等聯(lián)動的行政權(quán)力監(jiān)督機(jī)制，深入實(shí)施“陽光政務(wù)”，全面深化政務(wù)公開，抓好政府系統(tǒng)黨風(fēng)廉政教育和公務(wù)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)。

　　河南提出，將履行主體責(zé)任和“一崗雙責(zé)”，落實(shí)黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)責(zé)任制。加強(qiáng)黨規(guī)政紀(jì)教育，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行廉政準(zhǔn)則和各項(xiàng)規(guī)定，推動監(jiān)察和審計(jì)全覆蓋，強(qiáng)化巡視巡察監(jiān)督，堅(jiān)持無禁區(qū)、全覆蓋、零容忍。
