花椒：Szechuan pepper。pepper是辣椒，在前面加上“四川”就特指花椒。

發(fā)麻：numb。除了這個詞，還有一個詞可以形容發(fā)麻，tingling，表示麻木感，刺痛感。短語have pins and needles，也可以形容發(fā)麻（就像針刺一樣）

訣竅：trick。除此之外，這個詞也有“詭計”的意思，比如萬圣節(jié)最經(jīng)典的一句話“Treat or trick”，不給糖就搗蛋
