由so…that和such…that引導(dǎo)的結(jié)果狀語從句有時(shí)可以與表結(jié)果的so as to和so…as to引出的不定式短語轉(zhuǎn)換，如：

He got up?late so that he missed the bus.

He got up?late so as to miss the bus.

他起晚了，結(jié)果未趕上公交。

He listened?so carefully that he could make notes in detail.

He wrote so carefully as to make notes in detail.

他聽得很認(rèn)真，所以能詳細(xì)地好做筆記。

She was so excited that she had a sleepless night.

She was excited so as to?have a sleepless night.

她太興奮了，以致于失眠了。

They were so exhausted that they gave up climbing the mountain.

They were so exhausted as to give?up climbing the mountain.
