e.g. This is the first time I have cooked.

e.g. But I am the most memorable was the first time you learn to cook.

e.g. Today was my first time to cook, and i got a successful result!

(Oops/botch)!
Oops

e.g. Oops! I forgot to call you yesterday.

Botch
e.g. I tried to cook a nice dinner, but I'm afraid I've rather botched it up.

(3)好吧,做得很難吃( disgusting/ a bitter pill for me to swallow)

e.g. But the rice tasted disgusting, a strong strange smell, so that we just ate few, then could not eat any more.

e.g. It was a bitter pill for me to swallow.

(4)還沒(méi)熟(undercooked/ not ready/uncooked)!

e.g. Some dishes disappoint: a pork chop was a tad dry; a salmon filet undercooked.

Not ready 在日??
e.g. The meat is not ready but you already devoured everything.

e.g. The last time I had the ,the steak was tough and omelets was uncooked.
