A surprising record breaker

A miracle?has happened at the Chinese box office. A low-budget (低成本的) film, Lost in Thailand, has become the highest grossing (票房最高的) Chinese film of all time.
中國電影票房出現(xiàn)了一個奇跡。一部低成本的電影《泰囧》，成為中國史上票房最高的電影。

The comedy was made with a budget of 30 million yuan. It opened on December 12 and by December 24 it had made 721 million yuan. It took the crown of the best-selling domestic film (最賣座的國產(chǎn)片) from Painted Skin: The Resurrection (《畫皮2：復(fù)活》). That film earned 702 million yuan in the summer of 2012.
這部喜劇預(yù)算在3千萬，它在12月12日上映，直到12月24日已經(jīng)賺取了7億2千1百萬元。它從《畫皮2：復(fù)活》手中奪下最賣座的國產(chǎn)片這一頭銜，這部電影曾在2012年夏季賺了7億2百萬元。

Lost in Thailand tells the story of three Chinese men, who meet on their trips to Thailand.
《泰囧》講述了三個在泰國偶遇的中國人之間的故事。

Actor Xu Zheng plays one of the leading roles along with Wang Baoqiang and Huang Bo. Xu is also the director of the film and it’s his first directing work.
演員徐錚、王寶強(qiáng)和黃渤是該影片的主要演員。徐錚也是這部電影的導(dǎo)演，而這也是他首部導(dǎo)演的作品。
