2011年是新世紀(jì)第二個十年的開啟之年。世界多極化趨勢將繼續(xù)發(fā)展，世界經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇和變革進(jìn)程將繼續(xù)演進(jìn)，各國圍繞后危機(jī)時期轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式、提高綜合國力的合作與互動將繼續(xù)深化。2011年也是中國“十二五”規(guī)劃的開局之年。中國將進(jìn)入全面建設(shè)小康社會的關(guān)鍵時期和深化改革開放、加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的攻堅時期。
The year 2011 marks the beginning of the second decade of the 21st century. The world will continue to move towards multi-polarity, while the process of global economic recovery and reform will further evolve. Countries will engage in deeper cooperation and interactions as they endeavor to transform their economic development patterns and enhance overall national strength in the post-crisis era. Next year marks the start of the implementation of China's 12th five-year plan. We will enter a crucial period in our effort to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects, deepen reform and opening-up and accelerate the transformation of the economic development pattern.

重點(diǎn)記憶
1、開啟之年 開局之年 —— 這樣的詞匯不必拘泥四字格的形式，注重其義才是更好的處理方式。無論是開啟或是開局，終究還是一個“開始”的表現(xiàn)形式。譯文里靈活地使用了 beginning及start,表義清晰，與原文也有異曲同工之妙。另外，本段中的“關(guān)鍵時期”與“攻堅時期”亦同理。

2、堅持和平發(fā)展、科學(xué)發(fā)展、合作發(fā)展、共贏發(fā)展

3、“始終不渝”是外交及改革的高頻詞匯，溫總理關(guān)于樓市的“三惟有”里其一便是“惟有始終不渝地維護(hù)社會公平正義”。舉一反三，“一如既往”實際上也是同義詞，譯法類似，以后文中遇到便可轉(zhuǎn)換使用。
例：一如既往地奉行獨(dú)立自主的和平外交政策
