[0]這篇道歉信比較短，不知道日常生活中的道歉信是否也這么短?；蛟S是因為對方本來就可能比較生氣了，再發(fā)一篇長篇大論可能對方也不想看，對方其實就像知道問題怎么解決，后果誰承擔。因此這篇郵件的邏輯基本也是按照這一順序。

[1]開頭道歉。[2]然后可能會講述問題原因，或者將解決方案先講完，再解釋原因（如果比較長）。

[3]解決辦法，越細越好，落實到人頭和時間。這里用的shortly，或許發(fā)完郵件當天就會著手處理，但如果解決的時間比較長一些，或許應寫明大約需要多少時間。

[4]最后再次道歉。

再來看一篇非正式的郵件~

要求：You cannot go for basketball practice. Write an email to your coach, George explaining why. George’s address is @ . You should use between 50 and 60 words.

*邏輯同上，首先道歉，然后解釋原因，然后表明態(tài)度、補救措施——I promise to make up for it by the next practice session。由于比較簡短，也并不非常正式，最后禮節(jié)性的結尾就省去了。
